Wouldn't mind watching someone figure out Day Z
What Game Should Patrick Play Next?
For all the people saying Dwarf Fortress, did you all forget about the amazing Dave Fortress series? That shit was gold.
Also, I haven't been keeping up, did Patrick beat the Blue Baby on Isaac, or Isaac himself?
Nethack
Nethack.
Nethack
If sticking to a "Roguelike", Nethack or Don't Starve if you wanted it to be something more stream friendly. If sticking to games in a genre I haven't given a good go at Football Manager.
I'd like to see him try to get deeper into stealth games as there still seems to be this ongoing mentality with the crew in which stealth games are seen as slightly slower action games.

Ditch roguelikes and do a playthrough of Revengeance on the hardest difficulty.
Or stick with roguelikes and play Teleglitch. Or Tower of Guns.
This sounds like a fun time.
Sent him a message on checking out katawa-shoujo but that'll be one he can do on his own time since that wouldn't make good stream time. Persona 4 would be nice if he is will to capture Vita video. Not sure if he tried out Antichamber but that a good mind bending puzzle game.

Rogue.
I'd really like to see him do even just a one off episode with Rogue. If not for historical purposes, then at least just to minimise the amount of "how about you play a *real* rougelike?" comments.

Same. I know Dave talked about Rogue a long time ago before the rougelike craze, and at this point it'd be nice to just put this whole thing in context. Doesn't have to be a series, even.
Hell, I bet a lot of people don't even know that Rogue's an actual game that existed.
Sneak King

Don't Starve or Super House of Dead Ninjas or maybe even Eldritch would be good choices. He could also go back to Spelunky to test his skill retention for a few days before moving onto that FTL update, which could then double as a QL Solo.
It's hard to pick a game that would be fun to watch and also have that arc of gradually coming to understand the game's underhanded tricks. He could always shop around the Rogue-lites that seem to appear in Steam/Desura on a regular basis until one clicks for him.
you know what... I would probably say titanfall.
This whole thing is about getting out of his comfort zone and try to learn to appreciate games for what they try to do
my vote goes for titanfall
@bisonhero: He's familiar with XCOM already, so he would know how to play to win. Enemy Within is the best answer to this question so far.

I don't think the chat would let him get away with a name like that.
Dungeons of Dredmor? Bloodbowl (I don't care that it doesn't fit, I just want to say Bloodbowl!)? Don't Starve? FTL? Super House of Dead Ninjas? Sword of the Stars: The Pit? I dunno. I really wanted to see him do La-Mulana, but he ruled that out completely, so I'm mostly fine with whatever at this point.
Eldritch.
Actually, that seems like a pretty good suggestion, especially given the horror theme.
@beachthunder: I was thinking about Half-Minute Hero earlier as well, since I recently wrote about it and saw that it's in the new Groupees bundle. It's not a Roguelike/lite, but it's a game that'd be amusing to watch and tasks the player to figure out its weird chain of logic to solve each area. It's also ideal for bitesize chunks of playtime, whether Patrick wants to play it for ten minutes or an hour.
Adventure/puzzle games don't always make for the best streams though. I'm sure it would mean a lot of agitated chatpeoples to keep an eye on if a certain puzzle solution eludes Scoops for too long.
Not sure what the end goal could be, but Id really like to see him play Street fighter 4, the two games hes done so far have been about pealing away the basic exterior and coming to grips with the immense depth of thte game, I feel Street Fighter would be perfect for this, besides it would be nice to have one person on staff who really knew about fighting games.
Blade of Darkness.

I'd be down to see that. I want to see him dig into some old school games. Maybe even something like Beneath a Steel Sky?

Yeah, I second Severance: Blade of Darkness. I've seen some bring it up as a Dark Souls predecessor though, which I don't think is quite true - they're both heavily inspired by Ultima Underworld and Wizardry IV, but From Software had already started doing their thing with King's Field and Shadow Tower at that time, so other than being inspired by the same earlier games, I don't think From Software looked at Blade of Darkness itself for any inspiration. I'd kinda want to see Patrick play some of those From Software games too.
EDIT: Oh god, the Blade of Darkness mod Blade of Light looks amazing, hard to believe it's a 13 year old game:
Katawa Shoujo.
My vote goes for Don't Starve. Not a lot of people have seen that game or even seem to remember it exists, but it's filled to the brim with batshit craziness that would make for entertaining streaming.
Actually, this sounds great!
@dudeglove: Yeah it could be fun for an episode or two, probably get boring after that though. Unless he was an excellent manager.

Me too. But I feel like he should wait for the Ultra version, and that won't be out till June.
@icicle7x3: not sure that he would go for an Ironman run but it would be interesting to see him play that game on a really tough difficulty.
Tower of Guns, Paranautical Activity, Super House of Dead Ninjas, Torchlight II, Payday 2, and FTL come to mind. I personally would say go with randomly generated games so theres more replay value for him and it changes for the viewers everytime.
EDIT: Add Don't Starve, Dungeons of Dreadmore, frozen synapse, and frozen endzone to my list

Ah yes! Frozen Synapse! What a fantastic game that could be incredible too.

Seconded, I think that would fit Patrick and the feature perfectly, Also seconding all the Don't Starve suggestions.

Er, Jeff and Brad are both pretty into fighting games - Jeff especially.
