What is/are your worst fear(s)?

• Spiders
• The dark. Yes, I'm kinda afraid of the dark. It's why I really, really want to play Alan Wake
• Nuclear War
• American Government
• Parasites that live inside you

I'm weirdly afraid of being buried alive. I've even asked my family to have an artery cut if my body didn't suffer extreme and obvious damage when I died.

I'm terribly afraid of: Deep water, heights, suffocating, people with mental disorders, and not being able to move individual parts of my body (For example, someone is holding my arm and I don't have complete control of it)
 
Needless to say, I'm easily frightened. :(

Dementia.
If it would happen instantly it wouldn't be that bad but imagine the feeling when you notice that you slowly lose control over your mind and life.
I would rather take a bullet than live like that...

I have a completely irrational fear of the Loch Ness Monster. So much so that I don't like being in the water too long with my body in and head above the water. Even though he's confined to one lake. If he turns out to be real, I'm never going in the water again.

I'm scared I'll never figure out what I want to do in life.

Death but not for myself- I'm always afraid people I care about will die. 

I'm not trying to look like a hardass, but there are many things that the human body fears.  My min list is: 
Open bodies of water, i mean just big ass bodies of waters with no land as far as the eye can see. 
I do not fear death however i fear death in a painful way such as burning.... 
Getting my balls hit by something massive (James bond, casion royale  ) 
And many many more

Drowning getting burned alive and like fast crawling things on my body lol and for future reference this is more of a off-topic thread just so ya know

Disappointing or angering the people close to me. Whenever a girlfriend or one of my best friends is mad at me, I have a hard time getting any sleep. I absolutely hate it. 
 
Also, UFO's. Fuck even typing that down is making me paranoid. SHIT.

I'm not afraid of death, but I am incredibly afraid of the future, thinking about outcomes scares the living shit out of me. Along with the future is my fear of just the thought Human Race going extinct, and what will happen afterward. Which is why I get some crazy chills down my spine playing Halo or Gears of War. I just wish I could get over these fears the most. I hate when I find the topic of Future things or Human Extinction, and I start watching/reading and I can't stop myself from doing so until I feel the need to throw up.

There was this episode of the X-Files about some worm-like carny that would hide low to the ground then try to eat its way into your stomach looking for a new host.   
 
As far as possible shit goes?  Bodies of water.  I mean who knows whats just under the surface?
