Which console do you love with a passion?

Out of all the game consoles, which one gave you the best memories? (In your opinion) the best games? Which console would you hug if it were a person?
I'd have to say the PSP, it's always been there when I was sad, or bored, it would I always make me feel happy. Which console do you love?

Playstation 2, I played so much local multiplayer with it in the days.

Medal Of Honor Rising Sun and Star Wars Battlefront 2 are LEGENDARY multiplayer games.

The SNES. More great games came out than I can count for that system and it was truly amazing back in it's day. Beyond that the competition was hot and it was real, unlike today.

Gizmondo. Because paying more money to get the console without GPS-based ads and having a roster of games which includes classy games like Colors make it a very, very distinguished system.

Sega Genesis.

My love for consoles and for gaming in that matter has nearly come to a complete hiatus due to the new passion I have in my life. This is the passion of grave digging. There is nothing like having that cold midnight wind against your naked body as you dig up that first cadaver of the evening. I feel as though it is just the thrill of the anticipation. You never quite know what age, gender or race the individual may be but you always know that making love to them is an experience you will cherish till the day you are with them.

DS. not even close

Panasonic 3DO. It was my first console, and in my opinion underrated; it cost alot back then so not many people owned it, but the games themselves were great. Most of our 3DO discs have been scratched up over the years, I wish someone would make a decent emulator for it so I could play them again.

NINTENDO 64!!!!!!!!

SNES, or actually my 360. I think I've done as much, if not more gaming on it than I have any other system. I probably have my fondest memories from the SNES.

I've been passionate about almost every console I ever owned, starting before I even owned the thing.

Probably the most obsessively passionate I've been was with SNES, N64, and Dreamcast, but N64 was disappointing in the long run to me.

It's rare that I didn't have a period of obsession before a system came out and I just HAD to have it.  Only recently with PS3 and Wii, I barely wanted those, yet picked them up because I had the money, but I was still interested.  I could have said the same for Saturn, but it was a few years before I became obsessed with it, before getting it I watched a VHS tape I made of myself playing Virtua Fighter 2 (I rented it) about 40 times.

N64 definitely my fav, although I've never owned one, Goldeneye is still the greatest shooter ever made, and Smash Bros still dominates virtually all other brawlers.
But I am liking my PS3, and I'm not a real fanboy, it's simply so bloody powerful, a real 'future of gaming' right there

Sega Genesis. Played the hack out of mine as a kid.

Neo Geo and Dreamcast

The Nintendo 64, it's my favourite console out of all my consoles that I own.

NES, no doubt. Loved it from the very first moment i played on it, about 20 years ago (i was 2 years old), and still loves it today. My first gamer experience, so i guess that's one of the reasons i love it, and also because of all the great games of course.

Gamecube for me, the first system I bought with my own hard earned money, played the hell out of that thing.

PlayStation 2. Incredible, reliable console, with a vast library of brilliant games. 'Nuff said.

Dreamcast.

I have to say my PS3. I don't have a PS2 anymore, so I've been clocking some serious time with him. Plus he's got a rotating logo and that teddy bear thing going on.

SNES, best game libary out there and it''s sound chip was to die for.

I don't feel attached to consoles, only the games that come from them. That being said, the PS2 and PC have given me a lot of good games.

GameBoy is a handheld considered a console? it was my first game system of my own.
Genesis back in the day as well.
PS3 currently but its doing everything for me; old games PS1, PS2. new games PS3. DVDs/Blu-Rays. Streaming Media.

SNES / PS1 / PS2 / 360 / GBA SP are probably my top five.. They've all given me the best experience in the generation imo.

As for overall top, I think I would have to say the SNES or the PS2. Really couldn't choose between them

PSone.....Megaman Legends 1 & 2.......I loved the hell out of those games....

Nintendo 64.

I owned only one game for the Gameboy, but for some reason i have the best memories with that system. Pokemon Blue was pretty awesome. I guess i just can't appreciate my 360, orginal xbox, or ps2 yet. N64 and SNES are close, but best memories are of Pokemon

I said it like that because it make it more important. SNES seems so informal.

I can't decide from either the Nintendo 64 or the Sega Mega Drive (Genesis).

SNES, although the PS1 is definitely earning a place in my heart.

That would be my choice too.  I grew up playing Sega Genesis, and PC is my current favourite gaming platform.

Super Nintendo for the childhood memories (it wasn't mine though, my bro's).

N64 for making me bemused at 3D graphics and being my first console.

The GBA for the good games I bought for my own.

Why would I feel passion towards a console.
