ACIII
Which of these PS3/360 games are you most excited for? (September through December 2012 edition)
Xcom: Enemy Unknown because for me it's the most original game. I've never played an Xcom game so it will be a new experience for me.
Gotta say Far Cry 3 has my interests piqued. Sure, I'm excited for X-COM, but I have a pretty good idea what to expect there. Far Cry has been inching closer and closer to the open world survival of STALKER over the iterations; and as that is my favorite FPS genre, it has the most potential for excellence as well as disappointment to me.
edit: Forza Horizon might be cool as well. The reason I haven't bought a driving 'sim' since SegaGT 2002 on the first Xbox is because I prefer my driving games to be open world. Driving nothing but closed predefined tracks is a bummer.
It came down to either AC3 or Hitman: Absolution for me. Thing is, I feel like I just played an Assassin's Creed game, but it's been forever since Hitman, and I adored the other games in the series. I'm really excited to see what Absolution brings to the table.
Other than those, my interest has been piqued in XCOM by all the coverage and talk surrounding it, but popular consensus makes it seem like I would be history's greatest monster if I tried to play it on my 360 or PS3, so I dunno.
Hitman and Borderlands 2 but being in college and away from my systems I think I might only get Hitman or Dishonored for winter break.
PSASBR (PlayStation All-Star........name is too long, and they should cut it) is something I am somewhat looking forward to. I'm really looking forward to Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. It will probably be my first game of 2013.
Vote, if you don't see at least one game on this list you would love to play then it looks like you will be waiting until next year for a new game...

So much of the hatred just seems to stem from FPS/COD fatigue, though, which is understandable. It just pains me to see that a lot of people are overlooking the seriously colossal changes Treyarch are bringing to the table to re-invent and/or re-vitalise the series because of it.
- Hitman Absolution
- Jet Set Radio HD
- Assassin's Creed III (Both this and Liberation)
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (admittedly not as excited as I used to be)
...and that's pretty much it.
Hitman. Plz be good!! If it's just like the others with shinier graphics I'll be happy.
Also really looking forward to X-COM and Borderland 2.

Yeah it's sad. I am really looking forward to Black Ops 2. I really enjoyed wager matches in the 1st one. I think Black Ops 2, Halo 4, and Gears: Judgment will be the biggest competitive multiplayer games that will be out prior to next gen consoles.
I wanted to pick dishonored because that I feel will be the sleeper hit of the year (contending with Sleeping Dogs for that title I'm guessing), but Halo 4 has got to me my choice here. I really want to know if 343 Industries can make a better Halo game than Bungie, the original creators. In that one trailer they sold me more on wanting a Halo game than any game past Halo 3 from Bungie personally.
RE6, and I pray to God that it will rectify some of the anti-climatic ending of the 5th. Although the 5th is a great game to play (gameplay wise etc) the story line (taken 4++ other games before building up to this) was really a downer. Sometimes its best not to know, cuz knowing is dulling the imagination. Weskers plans in the 5th was braindead. I hope the 6th reveals something fascinating new to the universe.
None, but since there is no "none" option i voted Hitman Absolution to see the results.
Still got a backlog of games from earlier this year and years past and i'm on my way to the store to pick up Guild Wars 2 and that will be plenty to keep me occupied until GTA V comes out and then on to the next gen of consoles i guess. I am done with this gen.
WWE 13 is my most anticipated game as I know I'll put 100s of hours into it. Very excited to get Hitman, Borderlands and probably FIFA too
Easily Dance Central 3.
If you were married to my wife (or ever seen her ass) you would understand why.
I want to play X-com so hard! Followed by...
Far Cry 3
Borderlands 2
Dishonored
Battle Royale
etc.
X COM : Enemy Unknown duh!
Dead or Alive 5 and Assassin's Creed 3 if I save some money to get those but X COM is the only one that is a must buy , I thought they were being old-PC grampas with the "this game is harrd!" but after seeing that 1h demo is not a joke! and I like that I'm all up for a good challenge and those games don't come often to consoles that's why I'm excited fo it.
who needs next gen when you have so many great games releasing in the fall of this year and the spring of next...
Borderlands 2 would be my pick, but I'm getting it on the PC so i guess that makes it so I can't pick it. Halo 4 would then be my pick, mainly because I want to see what they do with it.
