It's a stretch for companies to buy other companies at the tune of about 12 billion, i mean, 10 billion is a huge number, even for Microsoft. this kid has no case.

The fact that he wants 500 billion makes anything he does just seem stupid. I have no idea whether his legal nonsense has any validity, but no court is going to order Microsoft to pay him that much money.

He's trying to scare them into a settlement, assuming they don't have any lawyers who understand his nonsense. And then he can go 'I'll take 1 billion, surely that's better than 500 billion!'

Also 24 hours isn't enough. Don't know if it's the same in America but here you have to give at least double the time it takes for a letter to arrive + some time to respond.

Seriously, if he was going to do this, he should have asked for a much smaller amount, that way, Microsoft would probably be more likely to oblige (even then it would be unlikely).
