Ok there is I think plenty of these but I need to show my opinion. Ok so my question to you is, are you sick of people bashing each other over a game they want to play? Like say you say your opinion like (haha that was funny.) oh I'm going back to play WoW instead of Aion, and someone will pipe up and say blah blah Aion is awesome WoW is not. Shit like this pisses me off now, "oh MW2 sucks because I'm not playing it!" this is the stuff that goes through these bastards heads. I mean yes we are a gaming community and we all like to play games and have fun, hence this is a major impact on why game devs make games, it's to have fun not to just say "oh that game is stupid why would play it", obviously to have fun. So what's your opinion and sorry for the rambling.

I'm fine if they have an honest reason for not liking the games, and that's fine if they want to state their opinion. Usually I just try and keep my negativity to myself. No point in visiting an MW2 article/topic because I'm not a fan of the game. But as someone who appreciates a good Nintendo game, I see this kind of bashing all the time. It's really tiring. :/

I find it kinda funny. 
It really reminds me of the whole "My dad can beat your dad" bullshit from back when I worked with kids. 
I never understood why people just can't accept that not everyone likes the game they like. 
Is it really that hard to understand for some people? 
And this is really a question I would like a good answer to from any of those people, why the hell can't they just get over the fact that not everyone likes the things they do? 
 
And yes, I used to work with mentally challenged kids 2 years ago, now everyone knows that too :P

I don't care if everyone else doesn't like DOA because of the reputation the fighting series gained from those volleyball games. i like the fighting games.

I don't mind people hating one games. I don't feel defensive over people talking shit about games i like but they don't. We all have different tastes and opinions.

Hating a game is fine, sometimes its not for everyone, but console fanboys just drive me nuts. I can explain the concept of a really great game to my friend and he'll be really interested until I mention its for the 360 and all of a sudden he doesnt want to know, how can you call yourself a gamer if you dislike a game just because its on a certain piece of hardware!
 
Personally I play online stuff on PSN as I don't want to pay for a gold subscription, but it doesn't mean I hate xbox or microsoft, I still use that console for exclusives and XBLA.
 
If you only have one console I can see a reason to stick up for it, but to hate another because you don't have it is just absurd.
