How do i insert achievements?

Probably something in TF2 that I probably got by accident.   That's how I got the majority of my achievements in that game; by accident.

I also got the best achievement of all, I set out to get 100,000 points by 2011 and I  beat it by over 200 points.

I would put some IRL achievement here, but I can't think of one. Christ, what have I been doing with myself?
