I’m sure it won’t have the god awful rubberband AI they ruin every one of their games with.

Somehow, I always have fun with the NFS games. I really liked Heat, and it was fun to visit Miami last year afterwards.

Played some Hot Pursuit remastered recently and I just prefer arcadey racing. Horizon's cool but it's more of a relaxing game for me. Need For Speed is white knuckle. Especially that last race in Rivals.

Hopefully they get it right this time. EA remastering Hot Pursuit tells me they're going to gear it towards that kind of white knuckle racing, but who knows.

This one will be from Criterion, right?

After all these years of being some sort of support studio, i have no idea what to expect from them honestly.

I hope arcade-style driving. Basically, give me 'tap the brake to drift and charge the boost meter' handling of Burnout Paradise.

And it's co-developed by Codemasters Cheshire (Formerly known as Evolution Studio), so makes me wonder on the handling is going to be similar to Burnout, MotorStorm, Driveclub, OnRush or DiRT 5.

I really have a yearning for an arcade racer in the style of Need for Speed, Burnout or Ridge Racer. Hopefully this will scratch that itch.
