Anyone here have Frontier Fios?

Every since Verizon sold fios to frontier, I've kinda been noticing my internet speeds aren't particularly fast and I'm having issues with connectivity. Does anyone else have fios and am having these issues? I'm trying to get my parents to switch to time warner, but I'm not sure if it'll be better or worse. Unfortunately I can't get Comcast in my area.

I had Verizon DSL and after it switched to Frontier the service got noticeably worse with frequent outages and overcharges. So I don't have really anything nice to say about Frontier.

Not FIOS, but a friend of mine's neighborhood only has Frontier's DSL packages and whenever our friends are hanging at his house we stay offline because the service is so poor.
