Hi everyone. I was just curious if anyone owns a bonsai tree and how they got started in caring for it. Right now I am thinking of getting started with a Japanese Maple tree sapling because of the different colors the leaves turn over the seasons. Also I would like to know what type of tree or trees you have and if you have any tips for getting started. Thanks!

I'm not into Bonsai trees (yeah, they do look awsome) but i did a .... really quick.... search on the net and found this site!

From what i could see Ficus should be a good starter tree. - well, go explore!
