Bruce's Indie spotlight: FREE SONG.

Everyone go on Amazon.com to download Surfer Blood's latest (and fucking amazing) single, "Swim". The song is FREE on Amazon right now, and that sort of pisses me off because I just payed for it on Itunes last night, but oh well. 
 
 
These guys are going to be the 'rock' band to look out for in 2010; they're very 80's Arena Rock (in terms of energy, not hair metal by any means) with a bit of Indie (Pavement) influence and some really great Caribbean-inspired guitar bridges. Their album "Astro Coast" has leaked, and it's very good if you're interested in a very machismo-reverb heavy throwback to 80's Arena Rock. Also, it's catchy as hell.
