Yeah I drink a lot. Keeps the body hydrated and you feel better after a couple weeks of drinking that instead of drinking pop or something instead. Hard to explain the difference your body feels, but its there, and its a good difference.
I rarely ever drink water, really not keen on the taste of it. But I might start to drink a couple of glasses a day after reading this thread. I don't eat healthily so need to give my body some goodness.
@Zajtalan: I live in a place where it's regularly super hot in the summer. I'm pretty sure I'd die without drinking about 8 glasses of water a day minimum, not counting meals and such.
