Do you wear Contacts/Glasses?

So I've been wearing Contacts for the last 7 years, but not anymore.  Yesterday I had Lasik Surgery and now I can see the world without sticking things in my eye's and it's awesome!  So I was just wondering how  everyone else saw things

BTW my prescription was -2.75.

I wear glasses. I've never understood contacts. Poking myself in the eye twice every morning isn't something that I'd want to do.

Contacts

I don't wear either glasses or contacts. Haven't had a problem with my vision, but both my parents and my younger brother wear glasses.

Contacts. Love them when I'm watching tv and reading because you can lie on your side. They get bothersome after playing games for extended periods though.

I have two older brothers who don't wear glasses or contacts. It isn't just me. It evens out three people to three people. "

contacts for about a year now, wear glasses at night if i'm reading though.

I have these emo looking Armani glasses that I'm supposed to wear, rarely do though.

Used to wear glasses, now I wear contacts

I've worn glasses since the 3rd grade and I don't plan on ever getting contacts or surgery. 

i wear glasses. I used to watch TV directly in front of my face back  in elementary and now im paying the price.

Glasses since 5th grade.  Never ever contacts, though.  I just hate the idea of sticking something in my eye.

I use both contacts and glasses. I used to hate the idea of contacts since I could never actually poke my eye without blinking, but you really do get used to it. I had to develop my own trick to taking them out though, I just couldn't get used to the method they tried to teach me. Probably because it felt like my nails were dangerously close to my eye and one wrong move would make a small cut that would hurt like hell. xP

I'm hoping to eventually get lasik, but since I have contacts and my vision is (most likely) stable at this point I might not bother. It depends on how the price fluctuates and the risks involved. I'm sure that it's pretty safe now, but you never know- it could become even safer in a couple years.

I use glasses. Which i have used for about 4 years and I'm not one for contacts. Yeah glasses get in the way of a lot of things but they are easier to put on and clean.

I used to wear glasses but now I have contacts.  My eyesight prescription is -1.50 and -1.75.  Kinda bad, but not as bad as some other people.  The farther it is from 0 the worse the eyesight is, right?

It's sad to see 3/4 of the community wears glasses/contacts, I included...

I wear glasses most of the time, but i have a small stock of daily contacts to wear when glasses are inconvenient, like at a concert, or if i'm dressing up for some party or club or whatever.

I don't wear contacts, but I do have a pair of  glasses. 

I've worn glasses ever since the 4th grade, but I hope to get contacts soon.

Yup been wearing glasses for about 9 years now. Often have to wear tinted ones because my eyes are too sensitive to the light and generally fucked up.

I've got Astigmatism so yer...
Glasses though, only theatrical contacts for gigs.

Started with glasses, then contacts, and now glasses again. I do it for the ladies.

I wear glasses that are about 1inch think. If I take them off, I can't see anything not even if it's a foot in front of me.

but is sticking something to your ears and nose so it stays on the front of your face any less weird when you really think about it? "

My brother and I are the only people in our family that don't need glasses or contacts.

i ware contacts most of the time, but for just relaxing at home I wear glasses -  it is slightly bad that 3/4 of the people on GB wear glasses (although only 1/4 of the GB crew wear contacts/glasses (Brad))
