The smell of burnt bacon is the best smell ever.

The smell of when you wake up with no pants on after a thumping good time of sex with a pure blooded American woman after a tea party.  You know, that smell of when you open the window and see the sun outside.  The scent of freedom and democracy, and lack of communism.  That is the smell that I long and love, the smell of America, my fellow nation.

I live near a chocolate factory and when they burn the sugar cane early in the morning its one of the nicest smells in the world .

Also the smell of new video game is great. 

Damn, there are some good choices there.  Picked "old book" out of those, but on any given day it could be the rain or the ocean, too.  I also really love the smell of the first super cold day of fall, expecially here where you smell the combination of pine trees, wood smoke, and that crisp clear smell of leaves and fall.

Fall. The smell of the world dying for the winter carried on a dry crisp gentle autumn breeze.

A tomato plant in the summer sun - something about it, it's wonderful.
Oh yea and freshly brewed coffee in the morning - doesn't get better.

 Unfortunately, I can't smell too much any more.  That said, I generally dislike the cold, but the smell of the air in -30C weather is fantastic.  It just smells clean.  (assuming no exhaust fumes)
