Paul Rudd- John Cusak- Simon Pegg- Jet Li- Robert Downy Jr- William Smith- Angelina Jolie- Brad Pitt (mainly fight club and Mr and Mrs Smith) thats all i can think of right now.

i guess Johnny Depp is one of a kind. and Trey Parker is the comedy genius of this century

Alan Tudyk is one of my all-time favorites, right up there with Summer Glau and Nathan Fillion. 
 
Oh and... can't forget Christopher Walken

Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Welling, Zachary Levi, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padelecki, Daniel Craig, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Denzel Washington, his acting in The Book of Eli with Gary Oldman was spot on. 
Leonardo DiCaprio has proven that he can act time and again in the last 4 or 5 movies that he has done. 
George Clooney, as long as he stays away from action movies, this guy can deliver some fantastic acting. 
I am pretty sure those are my 3 favorite actors.

Actresses - Meryl Streep, Gretchen Mol, Zooey Deschanel, Jamie Lynch (aka the funny Ellen as my girlfriend calls her), Katherine Wiig (hate her on SNL but love her in movies)  and Kristen Bell (though she has only really been good in Veronica Mars and Forgetting Sarah Marshall)

i guess the way he acts and the way he grabs your attention through his weird.. ways in his movies, makes him special in my eyes he really has a compelling.. presence? i cant seem to find the right word I mean you see Bruce Willis in a movie and you enjoy him kicking butts and being a smartass, you see Keanu Reeves and you enjoy him saving the world all the time, you see Sam L Jackson and you know he's gonna get pissed and start yapping til he rips motherfuckers apart, etc.. But then, you see Johnny Depp, and that guy is something else. i CAN see how the way he rolls may be offputting or seem stupid to people, but on the other hand it can also be seen as unique and quite entertaining "

I like the snarky characters that Robert Downey Jr and Hugh Laurie portray.

Brad Pitt, every movie I've watched with him has been good, and he is in some of my favorite movies of all time, so definitely him. Female, I think I'd say Kristen Bell, since she was spectacular in Veronica Mars.
