well i m going to start to runing, do push ups etc.
And i need good songs on my ipod to make me feel better
 i dont know

All of these have either a fast tempo or a good beat to keep time to.  Mix them up really thoroughly to get the best effect - I find it best for walking when I do a fast song followed by a slower song with a beat, and kind of alternate the two.
