Goodbye everyone

Goodbye everyone on Gamespot that is!  I am not leaving Giantbomb because I like it here! :D  Well, this was the blog that I posted on my profile as a final word to the friends that I’ve made on that site, and I hope that there won’t ever be a time to where I have to write a goodbye blog to Giantbomb.  Anyways, here is what I posted.

It’s all been great here on Gamespot, and I’ll never forget how much I loved contributing my thoughts, opinions, interests, and the countless hours of enjoyment I’ve had writing blogs.  It has come time for me to go for I don’t have much of a will to stay.  It’s hard to keep up with so many things at once, and it’s time for me to just say goodbye to Gamespot.  Contact has become so limited between all of us, and I doubt that really anyone cares to check up on me anymore.  All is not lost though, because I have found a new community gaming site home on Giantbomb where I believe I have made good friends like I have done here, which has been a small while. http://www.giantbomb.com/profile/tireyo643/

 I will miss you all here on Gamespot.  Especially DMLSLAT AKA: Danny Rice, Key_Blade150 AKA: Jack, AweWiiGamer1, KingGamer, Desulated, and SomeOddGuy.  You all are awesome, and I wish for you all to see the awesomeness of Giantbomb where I might have a chance to see you all again, and continue to read all your amazing blog posts.  So, I say good bye to all the Gamespot friends I’ve made this year, and it’s time for me to move on.  God bless you all and goodbye.

You scared me for a second with that title, don't do that again! I still visit GS now and then but only to go on the UK boards and content, it's one of the few places where I get UK specific content because most other sites I go to are US based.

My brain exploded after reading the title and realized I had been fooled.

I remember having a blog at Gamespot, didn't write much there, wasn't very active at the boards either. I don't know why I'm saying this, then again I don't know why I say some things.

To all:  I apologize for the horrible title to this blog, but at least I now know for sure that there are people here that do care about me and are willing to put up with me. :) Plus, ya'll like to read what I post sometimes, and talk to me in PMs and IRC sometimes.  So I do thank you. :)

I left GameSpot the day Giant Bomb opened.

I left Gamspot June of Last year, soon after this site started...

*echo* I left Gamespot... the day Jeff got fired, which was funny, because I was just getting into the whole community stuff; building my blog and posting semi-regularly. It was the single gaming site I visited for years and years. It was starting to become big and bloated, anyway. The one thing I'll always miss is the truly live coverage of E3, streaming practically every minute of the show. I would always skip school/work at least one day to watch.

I personally didn't discover giantbomb until I came back from travelling sometime earlier this year. I still enjoy the english part of gamespot with guy cocker and crew since it's the only specific english game site I know thats any good, so whilst I spend a lot less time there, I will never fully let go. The two sites give me a good spread of opinions. If there was no gamespot uk I probably wouldn't use it :/ so I see your point of view.

i still check back to gamespot here and there because they usually have timely news and some cool people are still doing the hotspot

wow, funny stuff. i said why leave here. there are not a lot of people but the forums seem to keeping up.  good to know, i'm staying here also.

apparently, i'm permanent ban from gamespot on the forums. one day i posted a picture of something and i got hotlinked to some old lady being naked. some people might have seen an image while others saw old naked lady. one mod noticed it was hotlinked, i still got banned. i went on another  account. couple months got ban. i tried making another one it says that i am perminant ban.
