The costume looks a little weird when candid like this, but honestly without seeing it on film we have no idea what it will really look like. Post-production and tight camera shots can do wonders to any costume. With just a slight change of angle and positioning, you can make somebody look completely different, taller, bulkier, etc.

Nolan's movies use practical effects enhanced and finalised with and a lot of CG edits. Beyond colour and focus edits, all three movies we've discussed (Batman Begins, TDK and Inception) have some form of rotoscoping involved and this movie will be no different.

True, but that is true with 99% of all films. That's doesn't mean he'll use CGI to enhance Bane's. Nolan doesn't use CGI to enhance an actor's physique, only to do touch ups on them.
