I'm really not a comic book guy, so I never visit Comic Vine. I've got nothing against comics and people who read them, they're just not my thing. I occasionally visit all of the other sites.
Comic Vine or Screened. I know that Anime Vice has hentai pages and that, but I still find some of the stuff that gets put up interesting. I think it gets a pretty unfair wrap.
AV, and that's ok.. different strokes for different folks. I do enjoy GB obviously, Screened, and Tested I've been to Comic Vine a few times. (Sara's hot, and could talk about knitting for all I care) But, sadly I just don't get the appeal of Anime. Never have, never will.
Never was a big fan of anime so the site holds no real interest for me (Haven't even set up my profile over there). I check Comic Vine when the footer shows something interesting, I go to Screened perhaps once a week, and I have GB and Tested open constantly.
I frequent Tested a lot for Norm and Will awesomeness, and Screened for Navarro's remake clips.Comic Vine has some good segments as well.I never really go to Anime Vice, this should be changed into a poll.
I don't visit Anime Vice. I occasionally go to Comic Vine, I go to Tested about once or twice a day, and I sit on Giant Bomb a lot more than is healthy. I also really like using the Screened database for random movie stuff. So.. yeah. Anime Vice.
Same, that and Comic Vine. Giantbomb, Tested and Screened are my main ones. GB because I already knew everyone from Gamespot. Screened because I liked Alex and Rorrie from Gamespot as well and have always loved movies. And Tested, well those 2 (well 4 if you count Ana and Gary) came out of nowhere but found out that I love that bunch as well.
Giant Bomb and Tested are the only WM sites that I frequently visit. Not hating on the other sites, but I'm not as interested in what they have to offer.
I visit Giantbomb with far more frequency than any of the others, with Tested as a far second. Screened comes third, and I never visit Comic-Vine or Anime-Vice, because I have no interest in either subject.
A split between ComicVine, Screened and AnimeVice. In that I've been to each once or twice. AnimeVice: I don't really watch anime anymore, and even when I did I avoided forums discussing it. Shit attracts some weird people. ComicVine: Only comics I've read are Tintin, Willy and Wanda (I had to look the English names up for these :) ), and Donald Duck magazine. Only because my dad owned like all of them, and I was young with a lot of spare time obviously. Never had much interest in comics beyond that. Screened: I rarely watch movies and even more rarely watch tv.
I don't spend much time on AnimeVice, ComicVine, or Screened. I'll occasionally read a review on Screened or look up a character on ComicVine (I don't read comics frequently enough that any of the news is really relevant to my interests) but I hardly go to AV because I kinda already know what anime I like and dislike, and don't need news or discussion on the subject. I watch videos on Tested pretty frequently, but the only site I have bookmarked is this one!
Also, to all the people still posting 'anime is for jerks', I know it's a funny joke and all but you should realize by now that Jeff likes Dragon Ball Z, which is anime and is also really awful, so he was kidding when he said that in the first place.
Giant Bomb, Screened, and Tested are the first three pinned tabs in my browser, and, being a weekend anime fan, I check in on Anime Vice from time to time. I pretty much never have any reason to check up on what's new in comic books, though, despite being a novice fan of graphic novels; comic book movies and weekly issue stuff doesn't interest me at all.

most people blindly follow anything the staff says, so this shouldn't surprise you.
Tested. My own lack of deep care or knowledge of tech and the site's built in focus on the American tech market (kinda crazy to think that that is still a problem) means I can make do with one vist a day at the end to eat the content I want.
I went to Tested about a day after it came out, and signed up, and went on the site for 5 minutes to check it out. Then i logged out and was never on Tested again. I also was on Screened about 9 hours total before i let go of that too. I have never been on Anime Vice but am a member on Comic Vine but never check it out. I use GB on a daily basis though :)
I visit Screened and Giant Bomb about the same. Do more editing on Screened though. There's just more to do there. In a close third is Tested. Rarely been to comic vine. Don't know if I have even been to Anime Vice.
