Well, i have officially lost faith in the human race now.
Simpsons predict a False Flag Attack tomorrow Nov 6th 2010

This reads like the scene in a Batman episode where they're using the Bat-Computer.
"Well, I free-associated all these words and numbers together, obviously it's a global conspiracy."
I'm so glad that I no longer have any expectations of coherency from these threads anymore. As Ryan put it"expectations are premeditated complaints" or something like that. Now when I see someone construing either the mention of the illuminati in a joke, or commonly used symbolism that's on the back of money in a culture that almost worships money, as proof of the illuminati, I don't get mad. Instead I get to enjoy watching the quick descent into crazytown that this thread takes! Keep on keeping on folks I'm glad that hitman got one of his compatriots to start posting new threads about conspiracies!
" So I suppose a small town in rural Japan is going to have a really serious fog problem next year? "Don't get my hopes up.:(
Man, it's fucking worth it to watch that video. It just shows that the guy has no idea what comedic framing or focus is. When you try and find conspiracies, they just jump out at you, don't they?
He also confuses the Freemasons and the Illuminati. "FREEMASON SYMBOL BUT IT'S THE ILLUMINATI'S FAULT!!!!"
And while that Lone Gunman clip is odd, I choose to think that it's actually the other way around. A plot didn't influence the episode. The episode influenced what happened. I can imagine terrorists gleefully choosing a plot from some kind of western pop culture to use against the USA just to advance their message of disgust for the west and the dangers they feel imperialism brings.
God... knowing... You know why that predicted the gulf oil spill? Because there's a lot of oil rigs there, and accidents can always happen. You know why they did all that stuff about New Orleans? It's the worst designed city in terms of flooding, and people have warned a long time that if a hurricane hit, things would go bad. They just extrapolated the obvious.
Now if there had been, i dunno, one episode of a show, and it predicted 8 different things that happened within 5 years, that would be crazy.
Just to humour this....why would you disregard the 5 and the four in the countdown when they "Clearly made a point" to not fully countdown? Or the fact that the clock isnt even pointing at the six? The time is technically 5:55 so it would have happened friday RIIIIGHT?! :) you're an idiot. Things like this get predicted only because you want to believe such things are possible. If it doesnt happen, no one thinks twice about it.
" Check this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pwhFKRhrHM There are more references here, however don't click on it, reverse psychology. "YOU BEST BE TROLLIN
