The loop holes with abortion..

Help me try to understand our judicial system...Ok here is the question, how do people think that abortion is not murder but many times these same people think that if a pregnant woman were to get shot it would be a double murder. Their defense is that as long as it is a woman making the decision it is alright because she has that entitlement but I believe you can't pick and choose who gets to kill babies. I don't see the sense in that..

I think we should go back to the Spartan Lifestyle.  Let the baby be born, and if its small or deformed throw it down a hill.

A fetus can only be aborted up to a certain point. That's part of it. The difference between abortions and killing a pregnant woman is the idea of mercy. I'm not necessarily saying this is how I feel, but in general an abortion is performed because the child would probably not have a good life. And beyond all that, who said that the same people that don't consider abortion murder, consider murdering a pregnant woman double homicide?

When a woman makes the decision to have an abortion, she doesn't shoot herself.

I honestly think that if a woman is essentially growing a kid inside of her, she should be able to call it off it she needs to.

Theres too many people in the world.......yeah i said it. There should be a 1 child limit, i see all these rednecks in america with 10 kids and its fucking disgusting. What gives you the right to say woman cant abort?

If this was a perfect world, then yes, we could all have babies and they could all grow up wonderfully.

But it isn't. And if a woman decides early on that she doesn't want a child, due to whatever reason, she should be able to abort. It's her body that has a child growing inside of it. She should be able to choose what she wants to do with her body. She may realize she's not ready to have a child or that no one will be around to support it. Yeah yeah yeah, she should have thought of that sooner blah blah, but you know what? Stuff happens.

Even though "nature" would have us give birth 100% of the time, we have evolved to a point of where it's not that simple. It costs a lot (money-wise and personally) to keep a child alive and grow healthy in this world today. It's sad, but true. Life is expensive. A decision to abort isn't some toss away decision either. If a woman decides to abort, she may still feel sorrow afterwards, knowing that a child could've been born. But she also could've saved a child a lot of struggle. Perhaps the child was concieved through rape or incest or w/e. Possibilities are endless.

Ultimately, by nature it is not right, but so are a lot of things we do. Even if a woman uses protection of some sort during sex, there's still always the chance something may happen. And if she doesn't want to have a child grow inside her and go through labor and all that, or isn't ready or isn't in any state of being prepared to raise a child - she shouldn't have to. It's her body. I'm not saying abortion is an awesome thing to do. I'm just saying that a woman should have the choice to do it though if she wants.

And I don't know why you keep going on about the double murder thing. Have you recently murdered a pregnant woman or something and now you're mad because you're doing time? The people who make rules in a country always have messed up policies and whatnot. Forget them.

And don't get mad by that last paragraph. It's a joke. :P

If conservatives had their way woman wouldnt be able to vote, blacks wouldnt be able to vote, blacks would still be slaves and the internet would be witch craft. The world needs liberals or nothing would of ever changed.

I don't see why being born is such an important milestone for abortion supporters. Why can't we kill our born children if we get sick of them? I know if I had a crying baby bugging me in my house, I'd fucking shoot it in the head. They're not doing anything helpful to society, anyway!
