The increase in the amount of wrestling coverage/talk sucks. I would like to see/hear less.
Too much wrestling
I want to hear more wrestling talk.
@segajupiter: Sorry, if they are going to talk about Destiny at all nearly every podcast then you can suffer through some wrestling talk. The Destiny talk is worse and far more annoying. Wrestling wasn't listed as a contender for GB's Most Disappointing Game of 2014.
You know, at one point I would have been with you. But it's just easier to give in. I now watch Raw and Smackdown on a regular basis as well as being a subscriber to the WWE Network. It's not that bad when you give it a chance, especially the old stuff they have on the Network. JOIN US!
I dislike wrestling but I love hearing them talk about it.
Yup, I've been into wrestling when it was all cartoony and stuff (80s, 90s, maybe some of the 2000s), so when it went for the more realistic crap I got bored. But hearing them talk about it is always cool, especially since Dan is so sincerely excited about it.
Too bad brother jack, you're gonna have to deal with Hulk Gerstmann, his 21 inch pythons and the Macho Man Savage Ryckert's mega powers running wild all over the Giant Bomb! You're gonna have to know your role and shut your mouth, cuz Navarro 3:16 says he wants to talk wrestling!
Have a Nice Day!
Dan is singlehandedly responsible for making me like wrestling again. (or I should say, making me care about the Attitude Era again. I still don't care much for present-day WWE. As far as I'm concerned, people are still raising their 3:16 signs, wrestlers are still crotch-chopping, and Foley is still God)
Give in to the temptation. Give in to the joy, the pain, the immense stupidity, and the moments of brilliance hidden behind said stupidity. Give in to the People's Eyebrow.
Give in to Mr. Socko.

I never understood why people just can't tune out the stuff they don't enjoy. Oh and
In some imaginary world where I could control what they talked about, I'd cut all the wrestling talk and make Jeff talk about FF10 more.
But yeah, as someone who isn't a fan of wrestling at all, it's getting old. Not enough to make me stop listening to the Bombcast, I just wish it would be a bit limited. Hell, if Dan stopped comparing everything to wrestling alone that would cut it down by 25%!

I dislike wrestling but I love hearing them talk about it.
I know almost nothing about wrestling and don't give a shit about it at all and I do not mind it being talked about on the site at all. If people are passionate/really into something then it's usually pretty interesting to hear about them talk about that thing, unless of course that thing they are talking about is incredibly offensive.
I feel like the only source of semi forced wrestling talk is on Twitter. Other than that it's pretty easy to just not watch the wwe flavored quicklooks or listen to the power bombcast.
It's like when Brad did nothing but talk about/play DOTA. It was kind of annoying, but pretty easy to skip or tune out.
Dan talks about it during non-wrestling content a bit much for my taste. I just shrug it off as content for the younger under 15 crowd that comes to Giant Bomb.
@gnomeonfire: It seems to me that it would appeal more towards people there age, as a bunch of their references (at least in non Powerbombcast areas) are from the 90's.
Most of the time it seems like their talk of wrestling is avoidable if you want to (other than a few moments in UPF/Bombcasts). There has been plenty of more talk about Destiny in the podcasts than there ever was wrestling, and Destiny in my mind is way worse than wrestling.
I could do with Dan not relating it to literally everything he encounters in his life, but it doesn't necessarily bother me all that much otherwise.
As a Norwegian who generally don't like sport in any shape or form... I think the wrestling talk is hilarious. It seems like a fucking train wreck, and having seen minimal of it the stories keep being entertaining. I have no idea half the time what or who they are talking about though.
I also agree hearing about Destiny all the time is way worse, but that is also fun in a way. Being its own kind of train wreck.
I wish the site was doing this wrestling content in 2003 instead.
Seeing Steve Austin try to hold back laughter is the best.
Listening to Dan talk about current era stuff is a bit boring because I think it sucks, hearing Jeff actively dislike it but seem like a moth to a flame as he continues to watch it, is pretty funny.
I do not care about wrestling, and I doubt I ever will. I do, however, like listening to people talk about things they're passionate about (especially if it's the GB crew). I'm glad I've been exposed to as much wrestling talk as I have, because now I feel like I can at least understand why some people enjoy it. I'm not baffled by its existence anymore.
