What if Giantbomb didn't exist?

What if Jeff was never fired because he never reviewed Kane and Linch?

I'd be on gamespot.

Freedom would have vanished.

We wouldn't have another one of these "What if..." topics.

none of us wouldn't be posting on this thread, we would be on gamespot getting raped by their mods D:

Then Jeff, Ryan, Brad, Vinny, Jason Ocampo and Alex Navarro would still be at game spot. Do they even have any reviewers left?

The world would be sucked into a black hole of despair and darkness. We would be throw into a universe that creates games that have nothing but stupid jokes, bad plots, and over done mechanics.

That's what would have happened if Jeff never got fired.

Also, I'll probally still be at gamespot watching their overplayed ads.

Gamespots not as good as it used to be. When Kasavin, Gerstmann, Davis, and a few others were there you actually had honest and good reviews. Now I see these new faces (sometimes they don't even show the person reviewing it anymore) and I see them praising games that are pure garbage.  Giant Bomb has a better layout and everything, most  importantly, if you don't like the reviews you can look at the user reviews and they'll be just as good if not better than the official reviews at Gamespot. Not to mention the mods here don't kick you off for the stupidest reasons.

Then I would still be using, and enjoying gamespot. It was great in the "good ol' days".

I would hop in my DeLorean and force Jeff to review the game.

He'd have been just as honest about something else, and thus, Giantbomb. The universe has a way of correcting itself.

Kane and Lynch would get a 9.0.

Gamespot wouldn't suck.

Condemned 2: Bloodshot's Metacritic score would be a few points lower. DAMN YOU DESTRUCTOID!

I'd be dead, they helped me overcome suicide.

People would be arguing on Gamespot, bitching about non-loading videos on Gamespot, and posting "what if" threads on Gamespot

It would be a sad hypothetical world, with more one-sided reporting.

Then I wouldn't know about it.

Then he would have been fired for his review on spore and GB would come in existence three month later than it had.

No Luchadeer, no Quicklooks, NO ENDURANCE RUN, no Swedish candy sampling, no Snide, no hotdog toasters, no inside jokes, Gamespot would still be a threat...

The list goes on and on.

Giantbomb has always been here,in our hearts and souls. Jeff and the guys were just the first ones to make a website off it.

There would not be a decent gaming website to see game-reviews on.

If Giantbomb didn't exist, i'd probably be a lot more productive
