Samsung Galaxy, it was either free or $20 I don't really remember. Either way I'm not one to spend $150-200 for a phone just for a few cool features because I can't afford that and as long as I can call, text, take pics or whatever I'm fine with it.
Got me a nice HTC Incredible. First smartphone I have owned, and liking it quite a bit. Since this is a website about video games, I feel it is worth mentioning that I am rocking some sweet SNES and GBA emulators on it.
A Samsung SPH-M320. Yeah, it's a flip flop, kinda crappy. Not to worry, as my 2 years just happens to be up in a matter of days, and I cannot wait to get my new phone!

iPhone 3GS...going to wait until next year to upgrade to the follow-up to the iPhone 4, which will probably come out around the time I'm eligible for upgrade pricing. Nothing wrong with the 3GS though, great phone and I use it for everything, even depositing checks into my checking account.
My upgrade was two months ago and i got the Moto Droid. it got stolen at a party two weeks ago, and I ended up spending about $330 on the Samsung Reality. Needless to say I miss my droid.
iPhone, only the 16gb 3G, I'm happy with it, even with the update, it does what I need it to do.
I only use it for 3 things, texting, occasionally the internet and music. Though the headphone jack is busted sadly, I think it's from 3rd party headphones.
Sticking with my Razr v3 someone craigslisted to me for $20 like new a few years ago. Smartphones don't appeal to me since I've been rolling with a Dell axim x50v since 2006 and had my fill of "internet anywhere". Some crazies out there might still be cooking up roms for that outdated thing haha!
Motorola Cliq XT with T-Mobile. Pretty decent Android phone but sadly, it is stuck at 1.5 Cupcake. Motorola claims they will try to release 2.1 this month so I'm still holding on to it but if they don't, I'm going to try and get rid of it and pick up another Android phone.
