Some girls CAN throw, I know a couple who can. But, MOST of the girls I know can't, and I don't know why. It's not just girls though, some guys I know can't throw very well either.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of the girls in baseball/softball can throw better than most people on this site. Comparing an 8 year old girl's throw to the world's doesn't do any justice to anyone...
The only reason the majority of girls cant throw is because they never do and get no practice. but i know plenty of girls that could throw better than me.
I was at a hand grenade range in Fort Hood, TX. A female soldier threw a hand grenade about 7-10 feet in front of her.. The E-6 safety next to her checked her hard into the dirt and jumped on top of her just before the detonation. They were both okay from the safty barracade but the rest of us in line were not happy because of the tiny bits of shrapnel that hit the safety glass windows we were standing behind. I learned my lesson that day to never depend on a females ability to throw ANYTHIING and to never go near one with explosives.
