Hulk not a big fan of tattoos. Hulk prefer girl to have none but 90% of people these days are sheep that follow their friends into the tattoo parlor to get something cliche permanently etched on their skin, so Hulk just overlook them as long as girl doesn't have too many or something really awful looking.
Twenty years ago having a tattoo often showed a little originality, today not having one usually does. There are exceptions to every rule and people do get cool tattoos every so often, but majority of the time people just get a paint by numbers tatt so that they will fit in with their friends.
