It depends on what kind of jail I'm in. If I can get on good behavior, live in a minimum security prison, make friends with the guards, get some privileges like a private cell, laptop, etc, I'd stay in jail. If it's the kind of racially segregated gang ridden prison where you have to rape or get raped- I'd rather die.

Similar to Tom from The Boondocks, one of my top goals in life is to avoid anal rape. But I still voted for A.

Lol at option A, but on a serious note, I'd rather die than spend the rest of my life in jail. Sure with jail you'd be alive, but what kind of life would that be?

If I had committed a serious crime warranting that sort of punishment, I'd rather die, the guilt would drive me insane. But if I was innocent I would much rather live with the hope that one day I'll be found innocent & be released.

This question is pretty meaningless unless you're strapped down to a table with someone waiting to stick a needle in your arm.

Yeah, same here in Sweden.

Plus, the prisons here in Scandinavia (at least Norway and Sweden) are pretty damn luxurious compared to other countries.

Those are WAT? I actually do not mind non violent drug offenders to have a place like that where they get help, but sure as hell not a rapist/murderer, those who prey on others in the worst way.

my answer would hinge on why I was in there, and what kind of prison. At a cirtain point, life is not worth living.

Jails aren't as bad as most people think. It depends what I'm in jail for though.

I would pick death over a lifetime sentance in a Danish jail that's for damn sure.

Depends on what kind of prison. If it's a nice cushy prison that let you do whatever you wanted as long as you stayed within the walls, like some celebrity prison, then that. Other wise, death.

For most criminals in Scandinavia, jail is just a place to chill for a few weeks. They can game, gym and go out on weekends. It's pretty messed up.
