Best generation of Pokémon?

Gen 2 because It's still mostly the original 151, and the game mechanics were reworked to actually be balanced. Past Gen2 I just lost interest in learning new pokemon.

Gen 2, because I've only played up to Gen 3.

The original 151 were the best in class. After tat they started to look funny and weird..lol

Gold a Silver had the best collection I feel. I also had the most fun with those versions.

What if I say Gen 1 and 5?

Gen 1 all day. 2 and 3 have some winners but....

OG Gen 1 is the thing. Gen 2 was pretty cool too but at that time I cared way less about whole pocket monsters thing.

Gen 1. So many fond memories.

Gen 5. Best designs of my life.

And this is coming from someone who was in the target age range for pokemon when Red/Blue came out. Hell I haven't even played a pokemon game since the originals.
