I remember when people stayed up for Shadow Complex and it didn't go up until like 3 PST.

dudes the demo is up now. don't see brutal legend yet though. it's not showing up on the blades so you have to go to "browse all games" to find it. enjoy.

i'm in KY and it's almost 6 here. i could only find it when i looked at all the downloads for forza. i don't see it on xbox.com either so i dunno. maybe try restarting your box?

No problem guys, The driving feels much better than Forza 2. Cars feel heavier and the crashing feels more satisfying too! Of course I've only played cockpit view so far. It might not feel the same with a different perspective.

Yeah I saw that but I didn't know it was new. I kinda like the red jacket. The entire suit and helmet is a bit much for my taste. "

I haven't played Forza 2 and I'm not usually a big sim fan, so I can't really do any kind of comparasion.. 
But the game felt great to me, especially the environments.  It's a very beautiful looking game.
 
Starting off on medium, I really didn't like the amount of assists that are active, it almost feels as if the car is glued to the racing line.  You can still mess up, it's definitely not too easy, but it feels a little too much like auto-pilot for me.  Bumping it up to hard felt a lot more natural, and that's still with most of the assists on.  I think that's one thing the game does really well, it suits a whole range of players.  More advanced players can go all out and play it 100% realistically, and if you somehow suck more than me, you can scale things back and let the game give you a hand.
 
Speaking of which, I liked the rewind feature a lot.  Again, I'm sure the more advanced players will scoff at that a little, but it's nice to be able to go back and repeat a line without having to restart the whole race.  It helps you evaluate what you did wrong, so you can get better at the game without being punished too heavily.  I liked the A.I. a lot too, even from the demo you can see a lot of different styles.. some cars will ram right into you at the start and just try to shunt you out of the way, while others will chicken out and move out your way to give you room to take over.

Yeah, I just started downloading it. It isn't listed under most recent demos though. I had to browse all games and go into the Forza 3 to find it.
 
Unfortunately, the Brutal Legend demo is still nowhere to be found.
