Fukua is a palette swap of Filia, added to the Skullgirls Encore beta on April 1st, 2014 as a joke. She was later added as a permanent fixture on May 13th, 2014.

School Uniform

Standard school uniforms in Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese schools. Male uniforms are typically a white shirt, tie, blazer with school crest, and tailored trousers. Female uniforms are typically white blouse, tie, blazer with school crest, and tartan skirt. Also, most schools will have a summer uniform which is usually a white dress shirt and the uniform slacks for boys and a reduced-weight traditional uniform or blouse and tartan skirt with tie for girls
Skirt

A garment worn around the waist which is usually tube or cone shaped and hangs down over the legs. It is traditionally only worn by women.
