I'm thinking about getting Gears on the PC even though I already beat it on the 360 just for the extra content.  Is there any extra content worth playing in GeOW PC before GeOW 2 comes out?  Also, if I already have the 360 achievements, will I still be able to unlock the achievements again (and add to my gamerscore) by playing the PC version?

I don't really think so, you're just paying $50? for a new boss fight I believe.

yes you would be able to get gears achievement on PC as well
but it's mainly a 360 game because it was made for that system

Gears port fine to PC and has extra Act.  If Hulk have PC to handle it Hulk get it just to play the new Act.

Hulk need to find walkthrough videos of that Act so Hulk can see what Hulk missed.

All it has is an extra act against the Brumak.  It takes place between Act 4 and Act 5.  The PC version isn't worth it in my opinion and I ended up selling it after I beat its campaign.  The achievements will unlock if you do what the description says and it will add to your 360 Gamerscore if you use your XBL gamertag.  The achievements are seperate since they are diff. games. There's no cross platform MP though and isn't worth the money.

I wouldnt spend 50 extra bucks on it but if u can get it realy cheap, yah it has new features.

Ya the only extra is the boss fight. It did include the maps, but now that new refresh gears includes all the maps. I would defiantly get it for the console. Gears is a controller game. It will work better to on your 360

It still good fun and adds about 2 hours of gameplay.

thats because it is the exact same graphics with some aa and higher resolution

the pc version adds a few more chapters to the game but the online is better on 360."

I run a pretty standard gaming rig. 2gigs ram, 8800GT, Dual Core. I get about 90fps average on max settings. It controls better with a mouse and a keyboard than a controller for me, but that's just preference.

And it's not debatable that it looks better on PC than 360 if you can support max settings and some AA.
