So now this game is also going free to play. Wondering if they are trying the LOTR tactic. Once LOTR went free to play they got many many more players and made quite a bit of money. Might give this game another look.

The next update should be commin out mid April.

It's a decent game if your willing to sit quitely waiting for its terrible beginning-curve to stand out. Grinding instances with people that have less than half a brain isn't fun. Though, it isn't the games fault then.

This game is really grind heavy. The quests (kill 5 rats, fetch this, talk to that guy) will get you to lvl 17, after which you are forced to grind the same instances over and over again. Once you have enough exp you'll unlock more instances to grind relentlessly.

Well, a typical MMO will feed you regular new quests that will get you to max lvl. But this game forces you to literally grind 1 instance for hours on end. It is a 5-10 minute instance by the way. I played through it three times before deciding that I was done with this game for good.

Yikes. I'm only level 12 so I guess I'll see what you're talking about soon.

Global Agenda began as an entirely instanced-based game. You had Dome City and then you had the PVP and PVE instances. The outer world zone was added in a free update, along with all the quests.

Well I'm level 20 and it doesn't feel like a grind. Just feels like a shooter with persistent levelling. It's better (like most things) when you get a team together.
