An average city builder with building morphing effects (and some RTS?)

There is not a whole lot to say about this game. It is a city builder set during the Roman times with nice building morphing effects. It suffers from a low budget arcady feel. Gameplay is quite fast and hard to keep up with, unless you exploit a pausing bug. The cheap feel is at least partially due to the music, which sounds like a cheap midi composition. It can get on your nerves after a while. I do like the free-style building of towns where the buildings can merge into one another and the roads can be bent to your liking when you place them so you can make a natural-looking city.

EDIT: I completely forgot! This game has army fighting in it. However, I somehow do not remember it being a thing. It may be because I didn't partake in the fighting mechanic because I could not find a reason to considering there are already Total War games in existence.
