Green Lantern
Character » appears in 28 games
Hal Jordan is one of the most legendary Green Lanterns, intergalactic police officers fueled by the power of will that are chosen because they fear nothing.
no proper video game of this character can ever be made
It's flamebait and pointless. Maybe if you were asking a question, like "do you think a good game could ever be made starring Green Lantern"...then it would be worthwhile. Otherwise, you are just spamming the forums.
Personally, I think you could make a perfectly competent game with Green Lantern. Would it be AMAZINGLY AWESOME? No...not nearly as amazingly awesome as GL. Nonetheless, it would be competent.
Basically, like The Force Unleashed...except without jedis.
Edward Norton's character from Fight Club would be rather hard to make. That or Agent Graves from 100 Bullets.
" @jakob187: Well their is a new movie coming out of the Green Lantern. So lets hope theirs going to be a good game adaptation for that... "I dunno. Despite the obvious flamebaitism that was going on here, I find myself agreeing with Mr. OP. There's no way to accomodate for everything in the imagination, and as such he would be left with simply jedi powers, and that would NOT be a very invigorating or entertaining experience.
Don't be so negative they made scribblenauts their you can also let your imagination run free... Oh now I see that I wasn't the only one with that idea....

I tend to be a negative nancy, but in truth, from what I've heard scribblenauts certainly has a huge amount of objects you can use, but they don't all act as you would think. Weights and uses aren't exactly correct." @jukezypoo: Well then they should make a natal game where you can draw/say the thing you want to create and then poof it comes out of your ring...

As for borderlands, that's simply adding a huge amount of components which are then procedurally constructed into weapons.
At the state we're in, it's not possibl, though no one knows where we'll be 45 years down the line. Not to say the game is impossible, it simply wouldn't be practical considering his abilities
