    Overview

    This Silent Hill creature is a faceless child-like monster. They carry small knives, and gather around Harry's feet and attempt to hug his legs, which naturally causes damage. Near the end of the game, they start manifesting as transparent silhouettes similar to the Larval Stalkers. They represent Alessa's vision of the children who used to pick on her in school.
     

    Trivia

    These creatures were censored in the PAL version of the game because of their child-like appearance and were actually replaced by Mumblers. Despite the censorship, they do still appear in the aforementioned version's demo.
