    Overview

Groove Coaster 2 (also known as Groove Coaster 2: Original Style) is a free-to-play touch-based rhythm game developed by Matrix Software and released digitally by Taito for iOS devices on November 20, 2012. Originally released as Groove Coaster Zero, it was updated to Groove Coaster 2 on July 1, 2015 (with an Android release on the same day).

A free-to-play sequel to the original Groove Coaster, Groove Coaster 2 added a variety of new songs (including licensed, vocaloid, and crossover tracks) as DLC song packs, with additional songs added post-release.

The July 2015 update also added optional multi-touch gestures and new difficulty options (with additional setlists from the arcade game Groove Coaster 2: Heavenly Festival). In addition, the game includes a bonus "Original Style" mode, which allows players to use their device's microphone to play the game instead of the touchscreen.
