It seems to have splintered off or something~ Can someone simply state the guild and who to contact?

It's a shame there's no European GB guild. Can you be a guest on an US server when your server is European?
It's been discussed in the other topic quite a lot, but there's no need for an EU guild. Those of us in Europe have had no problems playing on US servers during the beta's, so keeping everyone together in one place is much better.
You can guest to any server, if you have someone on your friends list from that server, but you won't be able to compete in WvW.

You will be able to guest with us in PvE as well as play with us in sPvP normally. However, you won't be able to join us in WvW, nor will you be able to contribute glory to the guild. None of our Euros have had any lag issues on Yak's so I don't think that will be a problem. There will be a grace period for trying out servers.

I suggest joining the US server, and then guesting on an EU one if there are any problems. It's already been said but there has been no latency what-so-ever for any of us EU guys.
@Maystack: Lies and slander! His cooking operation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lincoln Force(R).
Where did you hear about the guild splitting up into different groups? I swear I didn't say anything- I mean, nevermind. There's no way I'm planning some sort of Coup with my non existent splinter group that does not exist. *nods*

If your in the EU and your main focus is PvE then just join the US server.
If you do the same and think that your PvP performance won't be affected, then your wrong.
Thats not how networking/packet transfer works.
It'll be effected, definitely. I have experienced slight input lag living in Australia.
But then, when versing Americans, I always have slight input lag. Same when versing the euros. I deal with it - and I've been very successful in both GW1 (1200+ hours) and GW2 pvp (60+ hours) thus far.
Also - this thread made me lol.
@Gruff182: There is latency, and for me with my severely below average UK connection it's about just under 200ms. This ain't no FPS, and relies 0% on twitch reactions. I was able to play well in PvP games (and win a fair few) with my 0.2s of lag. It's not that hard to deal with in an MMO.
I could be entirely wrong, but since sPvP functions independently of your home server, doesn't that mean that lag will be the same regardless since you're not connecting to your server region?

@Kenobi: Not sure where you got that information about the guild splitting off, but I can assure you that is not the case.
