Harvey Birdman is a former superhero and lawyer at the Sebben & Sebben law firm. The law firm is headed up by Phil Ken Sebben, formerly known as "Falcon Seven", who was also Birdman's boss during his superhero days. Harvey's superhero powers included flight, the ability to make a solid shield out of light, and the ability to fire destructive beams of energy from his fists. Birdman's power is derived from sunlight and if kept away from it for a substantial amount of time he weakens. These powers are thought to come from the crest on his helmet but even Harvey isn't totally sure.
