Overview
Hold 'Em is a poker card game developed by Mobicore (along with Oberon Games) and released by Microsoft for the PC on January 29, 2007. It was only available via Windows Update for a limited time to those who owned the Ultimate edition of the Windows Vista operating system.
A simple poker game using Texas hold 'em style rules (using the same visuals as the Windows Vista versions of FreeCell, Hearts, Solitaire, and Spider Solitaire), Hold 'Em allows players to face-off against five AI opponents (with customizable difficulty).
It was one of two games that were part of the Windows Ultimate Extras system (the other being Tinker) and its base installation was removed completely in a later update.
