The game has changed name to Homeworld: Shipbreakers, and then after that to Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak

If you were a backer of the original title, you should have gotten an email these past few days to confirm your status as an original backer, in order to redeem your free copy of the coming title.

Make sure you respond to that email.

Did anyone get a follow up email? I got the one saying i'm getting a free copy.. but then nothing back. (of course i already bought the game on steam)

oh god this is going to be fun. So i got my backers key.. but i already bought the game. No biggie, i'll just give it to a friend.

BUT... "We may be able to offer some additional materials in future. If so, this Steam Key would be how you would receive any additional content."

Argh. So i try to refund the game, but it also wants to remove my Homeworld remastered - which paid for price for (and 100%'d)

Huh, I didn't know the original game was a kickstarter thing. Regardless, this game is pretty sweet. Too bad it isn't getting that much attention.
