I got a few questions is this game like dlc something like undead nightmare but then with infamous. Can you play it only when u have infamous 2 or what?

Sweet. Didn't know it was a stand alone title. Just finished InFamous 2 and sent it back to Gamefly. I'll definitely pick this up if it's $10 or less.
