I remember this product being so hyped up and selling a couple of million and now nothing...
So if you have one what do you do with it and was it worth the purchase?
If you haven't got one have you seen them being used and why didn't you buy one?

I didn't buy one due to I do not buy a product on hype, even if I get really into the hype. After seeing them in action, it has a very nice touchscreen but no real use aside from a touchscreen netbook.
I have seen them around and seem to be used as either pdf viewers, casual games player or a Facebook tablet.

Wait a couple months when the new one comes out and everyone will freak their shit all over again.
    That's how Apple works.

All iPad owner that I know pretty much uses it as this. Been wanting to get one myself a while ago too but then I think that there's still not enough functionality in it to justify the purchase. For me at least.

From what I hear, everyone that buys them use them quite a bit. It's a really good multi-media consumption device.

I was too poor to get one at the time, but I do want one. I'll wait for gen 2 at this point though.

Had a mate who bought one (the 'cheap' model). Immediately he traded it in for the more expensive model (at a loss of £200!). Saw him the other day and he had it with him, but also his laptop and iphone. Laptop and iphone were in use, ipad wasn't. It just lay there untouched :)

It has replaced my net book. I do all my basic needs on it now (music, web browsing, email, reading books, videos). I think it's awesome. So many things to do on it.
