    After the evil organization Shocker was destroyed by Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider 2, the leader of Shocker creates a new evil organization named Destron. A Japanese college student Shiro Kazami accidentally saw Destron's secret actions and thus caused members of Destron to murder his parents and sister. With great pain and loss, Kazami desires his revenge and asks Kamen Rider to transform him into a cyborg warrior just like Kamen Rider himself. After Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider 2 finished their operation, a stronger Kamen Rider known as Kamen Rider V3 borns.
