    The big one that he is using is Kerbal Engineer Redux; that gives him the ship stats and distance to ground, and should probably be included in the base game as it's so damn useful.

    He's also using some kind of graphical improvement mod but I'm not sure what that is, hopefully someone else can chime in.

    @effache and @mirado - Thanks. So far I've run Kerbal with no mods, but having watched the series so far, these seem like mods worth trying out.

    Beware that the game really likes to crash when you add in some mods. Especially texture mods.
