Someone made a box for a Kingdom Hearts HD Collection (that I hope really does happen). It is a little rough in certain spots but is pretty well done for the most part.

Who do I have to wrangle to get this to become a reality?

I had never even thought about a Kingdom Hearts HD collection until seeing this thread. Now I really want something that doesn't exist. Thanks a lot...

Although, I'm pretty sure they will do some sort of collection at some point, so maybe the wait won't be as long as it seems like it might be.

I imagine so. I don't think there has been any real announcements yet. Just a bunch of rumors.

Maybe if they do some sort of collection next year(10th anniversary) and it does well for them it will speed up them making 3. Then again, maybe it won't, and KH 3 will become the next Half Life 2 Ep. 3 or Duke Nukem Forever.

@metalhead87: The difference with KH3 is that it has yet to officially announced nor has it begun development.

@TepidShark: Yeah, but I just imagine that it will at some point. Would be kinda surprising to me if they just keep making other KH stuff or stop altogether and never work on part 3.

People think it is going to be for the 10th anniversary of the series in 2012.

Why is the chick from 358/2 on the cover when it isn't included in this imaginary bundle? Not that it matters, just saying. It looks pretty good, that logo looks pretty rough though. Also, I would buy this up in a second. Square Enix needs to stop doing dumb stuff with FF and work on a HD collection and KH3.

PS: Might as well throw Dream Drop Distance and whatever the one that got recently put on DS that used to be a smartphone game in when this collection does eventually materialize.

I gave up on Kingdom Hearts a long time ago. The original was fantastic, as was Chain of Memories, but 2 was balls. Then 50 more games came out in a span of a few years and I couldn't keep up, and after two, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. The series went up its own ass, but not in the good way like Metal Gear. If they ever decide to make a KH3 and its reviewed well, I might pick it up cheap.

To me, KH is becoming like Star Wars. I have fond memories of the main stuff, but I could careless about the "expanded universe" nonsense. No spinoffs, prequels, or any of that junk.

That cover art is kinda spiffy though. Here's the deal. I'll give someone influential $40. In return, they'll give me KH1 and KH2 with HD upgrades and maybe a soundtrack thrown in.

The dude who is going to make it said he will start it once Final Fantasy Versus XIII is done. So maybe look for it sometime in 2013...

My favorite thing about Kingdom Hearts games are the stupid titles.

To me, KH1, 2, CoM, and BBS were the noteworthy games.

358/2 was pretty pointless and i couldn't stand it. haven't played any of the others

What's with not putting Disney characters on the box at all? Theyre not even on the back. How are you gonna sell this game to kids?? Also theyre far too big in the story to not include. That should be Mickey huge in the background!

I really want this to happen even with the moderately well done cover. Still II is the best.
