    Left 4 Dead puts players in the role of one of four survivors during a zombie apocalypse. Survivors will depend on co-operation to get from one safe house to another, while facing hordes of "Infected", four of which can be controlled by human players in certain game modes.

    I used to play a lot of FPS games. I grew up on id classics breaking my mind into PC gaming goodness. PC games were the shit cause of their adult subject matter and badass gameplay.  I was a PC gamer for life. 
     
    3dFX and all that Voodoo graphics shit was cool when I was in elementary and high school but once I went to college my broke ass stopped the PC gaming. My wallet couldn't keep up with the technology and I had studying to do SONN!! 
     
    I drifted away from the PC to stick to my low maintenance consoles and after sitting on the couch and acquiring grown ass man responsibilities; I became a casual gamer. 
     
    Then I played the Left 4 Dead demo on my Xbox despite writing off all console FPS (controllers? fuck that) then HOLY SHIT THIS GAME IS SUPER AWESOME!! 
     
    I was greeted by a refreshing gaming experience like the first time I played Half Life and HOLY SHIT IT WAS ON A CONSOLE. Oh man, killing zombies and shit screaming to team players like DUDE HELP!! The amazing atmosphere and visceral experience of protecting each other while battling through well thought out levels and intense AI is the SHIT. 
     
    The demo sold me and based on that I bought the game first day and have been playing it since. The game got me back into gaming and paying attention to console FPS games. It lead me to get into the Call of Duty series and now I can't wait for Left 4 Dead 2. 
     
    All in all, I highly recommend this game to anyone. Play the demo. It's like playing the Quake 1 demo for the first time. BOOYAH!

      Valve has been known for creating some of the most memorable games to grace the PC and more recently the Xbox 360.
