Should I get this game or Lego Batman.

Realistically, I wouldn't get either. Rent them or find them for 20 bones on eBay if you really want to play them. I don't see how they're worth $60.

LEGO Indy fo sho.  LEGO Batman was kind of annoying and not nearly as comical.  I don't know.  Batman just fails in the game world, so it seems.  I thoroughly enjoyed LEGO Indy, though.  Maybe I'm just a fanboy for the franchise, but there's some pretty funny stuff in there (the C3PO joke gets me every time).

FUCK THAT!  BUY IT!  If you aren't buying it, then you are not a real gamer.  I bought LEGO Indy, and I love it.

I thought Lego Indy was better. Maybe because Lego Batman was the third lego game I played and therefore it got a little repetitive. But I think Indy is overall a better game.

But they are both fun.
