If you purchased Machinarium directly from Amanita Design you'll have been emailed a link to the soundtrack, but if you didn't, copy+paste the folder named '11' and change the file extensions from .001 and .000 to .mp3. There are even a few extra tracks and sound effects which weren't released with the soundtrack.
