March 1st will be the day the first 6 DLC costumes will come out, for 5 bucks (and 5 euros i imagine) for Ryu, Thor, Dante, Chris, Captain America and Iron Man.You can see them at the end of this trailer and there are a bunch of pictures on this link

Would you rather none of it come on disc and not be able to see it unless you buy it? That's what happened with the most recent SSF4 dlc on PS3

Sparda Dante actually has a different devil trigger model, thats nice

Costumes look cool but paying $5 for an alternate appearance is kind of lame.  I' ll probably wait until December to pick this game up when  Capcom release SUPER Marvel vs. Capcom 3 which will feature all the DLC characters and alternate attires.

im not condoning the dlc one way or the other...but people here are talking like SF4 and SSF4 never happened...it was the EXACT same there, how can you POSSIBLY be shocked that its the same now.

didn't buy them for Street Fighter.  Won't buy them for this.  I'm sure a ton of other people will waste their money on it tho...if they aren't on the disk can other players even see them?  You buy costumes that only you can see, I guess I just don't get the appeal.  Only Ryu looks kewl because i love the nostalgia of having his Street Fighter 1 get-up.  Perhaps if they released them all separate for 99 cents I'd snag a couple; but they won't.

i like em all... like the wee nod to norman osborn and the heroic age steve rodgers is always cool, if there doing stuff like this then we could see bucky cap and rescue...

Well this sucks.

They look pretty cool. Personally, I would prefer that such things would be included for free but people at Capcom actually have to do some work for these new costumes. I definitely won't buy this for $5 but if it were something like $1, I'd consider it.

Maybe I'll do what I did with... the second round of costumes form SSFIV and wait for them to release a full costume pack? Man in retrospect I've spent like... $170 on SFIV+SSFIV thanks to stupid freaking costumes.

Makes sense but OUCH! That's awfully dirty of you Capcom. Though it sounds like Capcom went a bit cheap on parts of this game, unfortunate really.

putting aside morality issues, is anyone up on comics enough to speculate what the rest of the marvel costumes might be?
 
I know Hulk has / had some sort of arm armor recently, Spidey is pretty much covered with the palette swaps but I guess there's 2099 or noir... Mohawk storm perhaps? UDON Taskmaster?
 
No idea what to do with Doom, Dormammu, X23, Skrull or even Pheonix (appart from the jim lee 90s jean gray, but that wasnt pheonix)

Will wait for full costume bundle, then probably a PSN sale or something on that.

I feel like ryu looks almost the same....

Normally I would say "WTF" at the $5 thing, but this isn't just "new colors" like most games have. This is a set of completely new costumes. Plus, as usual, it's completely optional. 
 
However, I do still feel that $5 is too much. $1 per costume would seem right to me.

The classic Thor costume is awesome but all the other costumes are lame.

TELL ME WHERE TO PUT MY MONEY FOR THE PROPER RAD SPENCER.

DLC characters I'd buy for sure but I never cared for the costume DLC

I would say this is must buy for anyone planning to use Thor. His classic costume is so boss.
