Those are awful. As much as I want the game, a lot of the design is just ugly...
Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds
Game » consists of 10 releases. Released Feb 15, 2011
After a decade-long hiatus, Marvel vs. Capcom 3 continues the popular crossover fighting game series characterized by fast-paced gameplay, complex tag teams, and elaborate combos.
First DLC costumes announced, 5 for 5bucks
And for Phoenix they could do Rachel Summers (although no idea how they'd reconcile the Dark Phoenix thing)
Those are nice, but I'll be damned for paying 5 dollars for costumes. No thanks.
They'll probably be free in about half a year, too. Didn't SSF4's turn that way too?
May I ask why Iron Man is missing part of his chest's shadow in those pictures?
Six costumes and Shadow Mode, " which will allow you to play against AI routines based on famous players and specific themed teams." (Thank you, CVG)." @TheGreatGuero said:
6 costumes ""$5 for five COSTUMES? That's almost as bad as horse armor. "
they should have gone with classic Thor, and S.T.A.R.S. Chris as their defaults the outfits look a lot nicer.
Same comment as always- its pretty sleazy to have something finished at printing time but deliberately withhold it for more money. That's the issue more than whether or not it's on the disc.
That said, $5 for a character? That is a kick in the face to all the people that think $60USD for a game with 32 characters is already too much- what kind of value proposition is this meant to be?
